Thank you for your interest in the 2025 AAC&U Institute on Community Transformation. This registration form should be completed by the campus team lead for all team members from the same campus/institution. If a campus team has team members from institutions different from that of the campus team lead, those team members must register themselves.

Registration Fees:
- The registration fee is $3,000 per five-person team for institutions that are AAC&U members and have an active Campus Center.
- Teams may add team members for a separate registration fee of $600 per person, as space allows.
- The registration fee is $4,000 per five-person team for institutions that are AAC&U members (but not Campus Centers) and for non-AAC&U members (regardless of Campus Center status).
- Teams may add team members for a separate registration fee of $800 per person, as space allows.
By registering, I agree to the following conditions:
Team Leaders: If I elect to pay online, the provided credit card will be charged for the registration fee. Refunds will be provided for cancellations received in writing or via email to dessinstitutes@aacu.org by May 7, 2025. A $200 processing fee will be deducted for all cancellations made on or prior to May 7, 2025. After May 7, 2025, no refunds will be made on any cancellations received.
All Registrants: I agree not to share session materials with participants who are not registered for the Institute.
Upon checkout, all registrants will receive a receipt for their registration.
