By registering, I agree to the following conditions:
  • No refunds will be made on any cancellations received after January 9, 2026
  • Registrations are transferable within an institution at any time.
  • My credit card will be charged for the correct (additional) registration rate if I select Team Registration, but am not part of a team of three or more from the same campus.
  • My name, title, and institution will be on the online meeting attendee list that is available to all registrants. Email addresses or other contact information are not included. If you do not want wish your information included on this list, please indicate.
  • I understand that AAC&U may record the sessions and take photographs. By registering I allow AAC&U permission to use these recordings and/or photographs.
  • By choosing to register for the Annual Meeting, I am voluntarily participating. I agree to hold AAC&U harmless and indemnify the Association from all claims, loss or damage to my personal property, health, liabilities, and costs, including attorney’s fees, as a result of my participation at the Annual Meeting, including travel to and from the meeting.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to registration@aacu.org on or before January 9, 2026. A $150 processing fee will be deducted.
  • Please allow 10-15 business days after acknowledgement of your request for your refund to be processed.
  • No refunds will be made on any cancellations received after January 9, 2026.
  • You may transfer your registration to a colleague from the same institution at any time. To do so, the original registrant should submit a request via email to registration@aacu.org.

Media Coverage

The AAC&U Annual Meeting is open to credentialed members of the media, who will be identified by their name badges. Please note that comments from the floor, or made in group discussions, may be considered “on the record,” unless requested otherwise. Participants and speakers are welcome to ask whether media are present at a particular session or discussion.

Video and Photography Release

All Annual Meeting registrants, by virtue of their attendance, consent to be photographed or filmed by AAC&U and grant AAC&U the unconditional right to use, publish, display, or reproduce images, audio, or videos recorded on-site for educational and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please indicate that to the photographer or videographer.

Additionally, all presentations and associated materials are the presenters’ intellectual property. You must obtain presenters’ permission to record or publish their session content in any medium. Recording for commercial purposes is allowed only with prior written permission from both AAC&U and the presenter(s). AAC&U reserves the right to ask any meeting attendee to move within or to leave a session if their use of technology is disruptive to presenters or other attendees.

Receipt

Upon checkout, all registrants will receive a receipt for their registration. Please check your spam folder if the confirmation or invoice does not arrive in your inbox. If you don’t receive the correct confirmation, please email registration@aacu.org.
