2026 AAC&U Institute on Community Transformation. This registration form should be completed by the campus team lead for all team members from the same campus/institution. If a campus team has team members from institutions different from that of the campus team lead, those team members must register themselves.

Registration Rates
The registration rate for the institute covers tuition, materials, and consultation for both in-person (for up to two representatives) and online components (for up to eight team members). Lodging, airfare, and airport transportation for the in-person convening is
not included.
- $3,500 per team from an AAC&U member institution with an active Transformation Campus Center
- $4,500 per team from nonmember institutions with an active Transformation Campus Center
- $5,000 per team without a Transformation Campus Center (AAC&U member or nonmember)
For the 2026 institute, a campus team should bring two team representatives to attend in person and up to eight members to participate in the online component. Additional team members beyond the two in-person representatives or up to eight online participants are subject to an additional fee as space allows.
- $600 per additional member from an AAC&U member or nonmember institution with an active Transformation Campus Center
- $800 per additional member from an AAC&U member or nonmember institution without a Transformation Campus Center
Registrations are due by
April 30, 2026. Any registrations with incomplete payment as of April 30, 2026, will be cancelled.Team Leaders: If I elect to pay online, the provided credit card will be charged for the registration fee. Refunds will be provided for cancellations received in writing or via email to
ict@aacu.org by
May 8, 2026. A $200 processing fee will be deducted for all cancellations made on or prior to
May 8, 2026. After
May 8, 2026, no refunds will be made on any cancellations received.
