Overview of Clinic Series Public Description
AAC&U's VE/COIL Clinics are a year-round professional learning portfolio designed to support educators, instructional designers, academic leaders, and international education professionals in advancing globally connected learning through Virtual Exchange (VE)/Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL).
Each three-week clinic combines asynchronous learning activities with two live online sessions, practical implementation resources, and applied assignments participants can immediately use within their own institutional contexts.
Participants may register for individual clinics or build a customized professional learning pathway across multiple topics throughout the academic year.
Registration includes:
- Two live Zoom sessions
- Self-paced learning activities
- Practical implementation resources
- AAC&U digital credential upon completion
- Access to AAC&U VE/COIL professional learning community

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to registration@aacu.org on or before April 19, 2027. A $50 processing fee will be deducted for each Clinic cancelled.
- Please allow 10-15 business days after acknowledgement of your request for your refund to be processed.
- No refunds will be made on any cancellation requests received after April 19, 2027.
- You may transfer your registration to a colleague from the same institution at any time prior to the clinic start date. To do so, the original registrant should submit a request via email to registration@aacu.org.
